Vintage Kramer of NY Signed White & Blue Rhinestones Necklace, Lavalier Style. This beauty has sparkling blue square rhinestones dispersed between small very clear stones, flowing along the entire neckline.

Then in the center, there is a blue stone surrounded by clear rhinestones, and then a dangle of four in the "lavalier" drop. Measures about 16 in length. Closes nicely with a narrow box clasp.

Very minimal signs of wear. All stones prong set and securely in place.
