New in box, never used. Only removed from box to take pictures and comes with everything shown in the second picture in new condition. Absolutely beautiful translucent cloudy blue at the rim fades to white at the bottom. No dark marks or tool marks. Rim is slightly uneven and a millimeter or so higher on one side.

The body has a few small bubbles - see pictures. It measures just over 3.5 tall. Due to its handmade nature, each glassybaby is unique and may have small imperfections.
