English Art Glass Blue Gilt Enameled Glass POwder Jewel Box Stevens & Williams 1880. Rare powder or jewel box in blue glass with butterfly flower gilt enameled decor made by the famous Stevens & Williams studio during the 1880's. It opens with S hinge in gilt copper.

It's signed 7 inside the lid. 4"3/4 diameter 3"1/2 height. Perfect condition as presented on the following pictures. For our French-speaking friends: Grande boite à bijoux anglaise en verre bleu émaillé d'or à décor de papilllons de fleurs vers 1880 de Stevens & Williams. Elle est en très bon état et chiffrée 7 à l'intérieur du couvercle. Elle ouvre par une serrure en S, sa charnière est en bon état et elle ferme bien. Monture en cuivre avec reste de dorure. Diamètre 12 cm, hauteur 9 cm.
