DAUM Rare + Cobalt Blue Early 1890's Cased Glass Ovoid-Round 2 Handled Over Gold Foil, Nancy France Marked w-Cross etc. Gorgeous extremely rare many colors of blue glass over gold foil, used in the early 1900's predominately, this one we have never seen anywhere else. Have done many Google searches, looked in all 3 of our DAUM books, we can find several vases, wide open tops, one taller, slimmer. Have never seen this one. Positively a DAUM correctly & clearly marked.
Measurements are: 5.25 inches tall by 4 & 1/8 inches wide at body, 5 inches at handles. Opening at mouth/top 1.75 inches round, with a base of 2 inches wide.
